Super cool Indian restaurant with Bollywood twist in the ambience. The best dish on our table was the Paneer Pataka pizza which was very well baked and flavorful. The pani puri shots were bursting with flavors. The paneer tikka masala was a bit too runny and they had no bowls so eating it was a task. And, the showstopper vegetable dumplings biryani was excellent. Make sure you have reservation before hand. The service was good given how busy the restaurant was.

What a find. Atmosphere was classy and food was top notch. We stem from Edison New Jersey home of Indian food and this place is easily top 5. TL:DR Price 9/10 Food 10/10 Atmosphere 8/10 (seating is a bit weird, your either next to someone or in the middle of the floor, booths would do this place wonders) Drinks Mango Magic: Sparkling mango mocktail with mint. 10/10 light, refreshing, could easily knock down 3 of these. Apps Chicken 69: Great spice mix and level, fry was perfect and still had crunch after sitting for some time (corn starch maybe?). This was the STAR of the show. Even after our food arrived we kept returning to this. Fire fries: Semi thick cut fries, butter sauce, mozzarella, and taki/cheeto dust. Fantastic but extremely heavy. Paneer Tikka Masala: Mini cubes of paneer is a rich gravy. It was creamy, spiced to perfection and hard to put down. Only down side was the paneer size, they were very small and didn't give that "bite" you expect when eating paneer. Naan: If you are familiar with naan you will instantly notice the thickness and char on the naan. Pretty sure it's baked in the pizza oven (maybe the same dough). It was fluffy, bready and soft. Closer to a pan pizza crust vs a real naan but still fantastic and different. Service was quick and consistent, in a one hour dinner I think we were checked in around 4 times which is nice. One side note, in Jersey Rice comes standard with the mains. We had to Order it separately here. Not sure if that's a SF thing but just a heads up.

Everything about Kinara Fusion was fantastic: food, service, and ambiance. Street parking I'm the area is a hit or miss depending when you go. My friends and I went on a rainy weekend so we found parking 2 blocks away. Didn't have reservations but fortunately it was a short 10 minute wait. The restaurant was packed, bustling and so lovely. We ordered: 1. Pani Puri shots, packed with flavor and crunch (5/5) 2. Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, just ok, couldn't taste the tikka Masala or maybe I was expecting it to be saucier? 3. Lamb biriyani (5/5) so good and spicy... a bit too spicy for me haha 4. Chai (5/5) really enjoyed it Would love to go back and try other items.

Kinara Restaurant delivers a dining experience with really strong flavors that stand out. The dishes are perfectly seasoned, never too salty, and some items can be a little too spicy, but it adds to the authentic feel of the cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurant enhances the overall experience, making you feel like you're dining in a traditional setting. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. If you visit, the Faluda is a must-try--I'm already craving more. This dessert is rich, refreshing, and the perfect way to end your meal. Highly recommend Kinara for anyone looking for a flavorful and authentic pakaistani-indian meal.

I guess we gobbled up the "Chicken 69 bites," which are spicy boneless chicken bites cooked in marinated curry leaves, before I could even take a photo. It was probably my favorite dish of the night. The pani puri shots were a great appetizer as well. I liked the "Curry for MVP" fusion pizza and the lamb biryani as well. The restaurant is super cute with the instagramable walls. The servers are pretty speedy and look sleek like agents from "Men in Black" with their ear pieces. The food was very flavorful as you would hope from an Indian restaurant. They execute the Indian fusion concept very well. It was within walking distance to August Hall where we saw a concert later that night.

Updated review: this place takes the science of making meals and turns into an artform! Customer service was just as great and top notch, the staff asked me if they could help with things before I even thought about needing it! Food to dessert to mocktails deliver on taste and variety, and the presentation allows you to feast your eyes - literally. Vibe is great as a dinner spot and pro-tip: recommend considering a ride share since parking can be tricky.

Best Indian fusion place in the area! A little sketchy to go at night but just don't walk around the area too much! Pani puri: SO GOOD, I've never had pani that tasted this good that wasn't in India. It was stuffed with the potato and Chana and it was spicey and just everything I wanted. We also tried the green pizza with chicken and the sauce was actually spicy. It had great flavor and one pizza was plenty for the 4 of us with an appetizer and another dish.

I came here with a friend before we went to a concert in the area. We got 2 appetizers and 2 non-alcoholic drinks--I liked my mango lassi. Flavor had depth--it was thick and complex. My friend enjoyed her Peach Paradise. The Chicken Samosas were good, but the highlight of the meal was The Fire Fries. The toppings were so good and unique. The interior decor is very lush and warm, as was the service. Will be back to try more items.
